Pulls live OHLCV from Binance and asks the selected forecasting model whether the next candle closes higher or lower. Kronos and Google TimesFM are wired through env-configured HTTP endpoints. When a model is not configured the system falls back to a transparent heuristic baseline so the signal never goes dark.
